pleasant stay
polite staff clean hotel fun entertainment
the staff were polite. the hotel was clean. i found the nightly entertainment fun.
the shower had hardly any water. the second day offered no hot water. i found this a very poor amenity.

I appreciated the large, comfortable family room. It was perfect for our needs. The receptionist offered helpful assistance with parking, a great relief. The room provided good value for the money for my family of five. I especially liked the helpful parking assistance the receptionist provided.
The room lacked some lighting in the shower, so I had to leave the door open to see well.

My family enjoyed the delicious breakfast , served promptly each morning. The hotel had a great location close to local attractions , easily accessible by foot.

Very nice Service and Delicious Food!
attentive staff delicious food large portions cozy room
the staff was amazing. Nathan. Martin is a superhero, always ready to help, and Restaurant Manager Ian found me a companion for dinner. What a guy! Chef Phil cooked breakfast and dinner to perfection, and the portions were HUGE!!! Housekeepers Katey and Paige were super attentive and always asked if I needed anything.
The shower took quite a while to warm up, but a small plug-in heater kept the room cozy.

The hotel features convenient access to public transport. A bus stop and a tram stop are right outside the building. The tower is just a short ride away. you can quickly reach many shops. This location is GREAT!!!

Breakfast included a tasty buffet with a constant supply of freshly cooked food, a great selection of cereals, jams, and fresh juices. The food was AMAZING!!! The chef and the waiting staff were both friendly and efficient.

Parking is available right in front of the hotel. The hotel provides amenities such as tea and coffee in the rooms, so I reminded me of I was in my home. The bar looked amazing!!!
